Wednesday, September 2. 2009Back on the trail...
Just so everybody knows -- I'll be back on the trail of sorting out just what happened to Old Rory tonight. I expect the usual crew of suspects will be down at Mulligans Pub and I'll ply them with drink and see if I can get anyone to spill anything. I tell ya...those people are more than a bit nuts really. You canna get a straight story from anyone around there. Never fear though -- I'll get to the bottom of it eventually...and perhaps the bottom of a couple of Guinnesses along the way. Stay tuned for more!
Brandon McLager Intrepid Pub News Reporter Thursday, August 27. 2009Am Not Getting In Trouble Today
Today I am determined to not get into any trouble. You heard me right, just keeping my head down and staying clear of Mother Mulligan. Lord have mercy.... that women still has it out for me.
Have I told about the curses she has put on me in the past. Those crazy Irish can actually curse you, you know. One time for a week I could not pronounce the letter L. I know crazy. It had nothing to do with drinking either. Me husband Paddy is pretty sad about his father's passing. I hope he is up for the wake. Everyone is worried about Mother Mulligan being able to pull herself together , but if you know her you know Mother Mulligan never misses a chance to be the Belle of the Ball. I am not trying to be ill about my mother in law.... really I am not, I just want my Paddy ..... ok maybe I was talking a bit harsh 'bout Mother Mulligan and I am sorry. Though you have to see how she treats sweet Paddy. Oh just come see for yourself! See you at Dear Rory's wake and remember to bring a Rory Story! Molly All the news that's fit to drink!
Welcome to The Pub News everyone. Here on these very pages you'll learn more about the Mulligan's little pub then you have ever wanted to know. Currently I'm looking into the death of Rory Mulligan -- the details are not yet clear but I promise you, we'll get to the bottom of the matter -- or my name's not Brandon McLager! Until next time -- thanks for reading...and join us down at the Pub why don't you! Seamus will be more than happy to pour you a drink or two.
